Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the services of Digitex marketing, You accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Scope of Work:
– The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or project proposal.

Payment Terms:
– Payment schedules and amounts will be agreed upon before the commencement of work.
– Late payments may incur additional fees.

Revisions:
– After 2 revisions or changes to the work after the initial agreement may be subject to additional charges.

Ownership and Rights:
– All work produced remains the property of Digitex until full payment is received.
– Upon full payment, the client will receive the agreed-upon rights to the work.

Confidentiality:
– Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the project.

Termination:
– Either party may terminate the agreement with a specified notice period, which will be agreed upon in advance.

Limitation of Liability:
– Digitex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of profits related to the services provided.

Indemnity:
– The client agrees to indemnify the freelancer against any claims, damages, or losses incurred as a result of the client’s breach of these terms.

Governing Law:
– These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan

Amendments:
– Any changes or modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Communication:
– All official communications regarding the project should be done through agreed-upon

Deadlines:
– Both parties will adhere to the timelines set in the project proposal. Delays from either party may result in project timeline adjustments.

Independent Contractor:
– The Digitex operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee of the client.

No Exclusivity:
– The Digitex retains the right to work with other clients and on other projects simultaneously.
